RACHEL L. McVEAN

RACHEL McVEAN focuses her practice on transactional real estate and business matters. Ms. McVean has experience in a wide range of real estate transactions, including commercial and residential real estate sales, leasing and construction and other contracts. She also has experience with the organization and maintenance of business entities, including non-profit and tax-exempt entities, corporations, partnership and limited liability companies. Ms. McVean also advises clients with respect to the application of California’s complex employment and landlord-tenant laws.

 

Ms. McVean joined the firm as an associate in 2018, is licensed to practice law in both New York and California and is admitted to practice in the United States Court of Federal Claims. In her free time, she enjoys biking and hiking with her family on Redding’s beautiful trail system, knitting and gardening.
